An embarrassing information of Ahmed Musa being arrested for allegedly beating his wife

Could the information be true that a Star like Musa could beat up his wife

The Nigerian international Ahmed Musa, a £16million forward player with champions Leicester City, was nicked at his home at 1 am, yesterday and interrogated by cops on suspicion of beating his wife.

Neighbours said officers had spent two hours there. Ten hours later two plain-clothed women officers arrived at his house.

It is believed according to reliable information that they spent another two hours taking a statement from his wife Jamila, mum to Musa’s two young children Ahmed Jnr and Halima.

The Police confirmed that they held Musa, 24, on suspicion of common assault.

Musa arrived at Leicester last July from CSKA Moscow, becoming, at the time, the Foxes record signing after their 5,000-1 fairy tale Premier League title win.
